The VAWA Visa is a category of immigrant visa granted to individuals who have been victims of domestic violence and who are the spouses, children, or parents of US citizens or lawful permanent residents.


The fiancé(e) visa provides the opportunity for the fiancé(e) of a US citizen to enter the United States for the purpose of marriage within a 90-day period. Once married, the spouse can apply for marriage-based permanent residence to legally settle in the country.
